They apply unless specific contractual provisions to the contrary have been established in writing.

3. Nature of the activities offered

The activities of the Centre EPÉU fall exclusively within:

  • inner and cognitive training,
  • the transmission of knowledge and experience,
  • the understanding of human perceptual and mental functioning,
  • the structuring of cognitive and perceptual capacities.

Under no circumstances do they constitute:

  • a therapeutic or paramedical act,
  • a medical or psychological diagnosis,
  • psychotherapy,
  • or an alternative to existing medical or institutional care.

Any situation falling within the medical, psychiatric or clinical psychological field is exclusively a matter for the competent healthcare professionals.

4. Registration, admission and selection procedures

Access to the activities of the Centre EPÉU is neither automatic nor guaranteed.

Depending on the nature of the request, the Centre EPÉU may require:

  • a preliminary exchange with the administrative office,
  • a prior individual analysis,
  • or an orientation interview.

The Centre EPÉU reserves the right:

  • to refuse a registration,
  • to defer an admission,
  • or to interrupt a process,

where the request does not correspond to the framework offered or presents an unsuitable risk.

This selectivity is an integral part of the functioning and ethics of the Centre.

5. Financial terms and payment arrangements

The applicable fees are specified:

  • on the information pages of the website,
  • in quotations, agreements or contractual documents,
  • or during exchanges with the administrative office.

Full payment in advance

Unless otherwise stated in a written contractual provision:

  • the full amount of the service is due,
  • full payment must be made at least thirty (30) days before the start of the activity, whatever its nature (training course, Mental Treatment, individual analysis, intervention in a company, annual programme).

No access to an activity is permitted until full payment has been received.

No refunds

Any sum paid, including as a deposit or reservation, is definitively acquired by the company PONGH.

  • inability to participate,
  • change in personal or professional circumstances,
  • voluntary interruption of the programme.

6. Cancellation, postponement and interruption

At the initiative of the participant or the company

Any cancellation, absence or interruption, whatever the cause, does not give rise to any refund, in whole or in part.

The sums paid remain fully due and acquired by the company PONGH.

A postponement may be considered solely at the discretion of the Centre EPÉU, without obligation, without being automatic and without this constituting a right.

At the initiative of the Centre EPÉU

The company PONGH reserves the right to cancel, postpone or interrupt an activity in the event of:

  • force majeure,
  • safety reasons,
  • manifest unsuitability of the request,

In such situations, the handling arrangements are determined by the company PONGH, without any obligation of automatic refund.

7. Liability and limits of commitment

The Centre EPÉU and the company PONGH are bound by an obligation of means, not an obligation of results.

No guarantee is given concerning:

  • the effects experienced,
  • personal or professional development,
  • the stability of results,
  • or the direct or indirect consequences of the steps undertaken.

The Centre EPÉU cannot be held liable for personal interpretations, individual decisions or uses made outside the framework offered.
