Seeing at a distance
At the Initiation, you did a first remote viewing exercise. At AXION, you learned to move your consciousness.
Remote Viewing is the complete training: five days to learn to see at a distance, and to be able to do it again (fig. 1).
It is also called noetic vision. Noetic means: seen by the inner eye. The eyes of the body show appearances. The inner eye shows realities.

Observing without naming
Someone chooses a target you do not know. You write down what comes to you: very high, pointed, cold. Then the target is shown, and you compare (fig. 2).
The mind immediately wants to put a name on it. You learn not to: to note what presents itself, as it presents itself, then to put it in order and compare it.
Here, you are not asked to believe. You compare the target and your notes, and you check for yourself.
The five days
Each day, you do remote viewing exercises, in slightly altered states of consciousness, always controlled. Then you look at what you perceived, and you learn to sort it: what comes from the target, and what your mind has built. You also observe how your perception changes from one day to the next.
The work is also collective: the analyses are done together, on site as well as online.
Outside working hours, you keep calm: walking, staying silent, writing, resting. What you perceived goes on settling into place.
A very old ability
Shamans, and other civilisations before us, already knew how to move their consciousness and see far away. Some peoples still live with this knowledge today.
This teaching teaches you the same thing: to move your consciousness, to detach it from the place where your body is, and to observe.
Science and intelligence
René Warcollier, a French engineer, laid the foundations of remote viewing. Half a century later, Ingo Swann described the rings of Jupiter before the probes reached them. The CIA funded the Stargate programme for twenty-five years.
The method taught here comes from the BRIN, the Bureau de Renseignement et d’Investigations Noétiques (Bureau of Noetic Intelligence and Investigation). M. Mischa Harmeijer developed it there, after several years of research and observation.
At the BRIN, remote viewing is practised in teams, for missions. A piece of information is only kept when several perceptions agree. Above 70% agreement, it is considered reliable.
The five days teach the basis used to train the BRIN’s collaborators.
More than a technique
Beyond the technique, a new door opens for you. It touches your daily life, and your link with your intuition.
That is why M. Mischa Harmeijer strongly recommends taking these five days.

In practice
Remote Viewing lasts five days. It takes place online or at Centre EPÉU. On site, places are limited.
At the Centre, the days run from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 16:30. Online, on Zoom, they run from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00, Paris time.
The price is €1,400. At the Centre, you can stay on site: four nights, €490, to choose when you register.
It is taught in French. It comes after AXION.
