Structured Remote Viewing

Discover what your consciousness can perceive beyond the senses. A 5-day individual immersion in Structured Noetic Vision — non-local perception, learned through structured observation.

5 residential days · Château de Villereglan

Non-local perception and structured observation. A complete immersion in Structured Noetic Vision.

This intensive five-day training offers a complete immersion in Structured Noetic Vision (VNS), the method developed by Mischa Harmeijer from several years of research, observation and application within the BRIN.

It is intended for a serious audience, already open to the exploration of consciousness and remote perception, wishing to understand and experience non-local perception within a rigorous, structured and reproducible framework.

The VNS does not rest on beliefs, symbolic interpretations or prior naming. It draws on a fundamental human capacity: observing without qualifying, gathering information as it presents itself, then learning to structure, compare and analyse it.

The VNS belongs to psychism — conscious perceptive action. Further reading: What words have hidden from you for centuries.

Method

An approach founded on structured observation

Structured Noetic Vision rests on a central principle: non-local perception becomes usable when it is silent, stable and free of interference.

During these five days, the participants learn to:

  • Observe without naming
  • Distinguish raw perception from mental interpretation
  • Recognise weak signals without forcing them
  • Structure the information perceived without emotional or cognitive projection

This capacity for neutral observation forms the foundation of the VNS method and makes perception progressive, measurable and comparable between participants.

Programme

How the training unfolds — 5 intensive days

The training takes place over five consecutive days, at a deliberately demanding rhythm that respects human mental capacities.

Each day comprises 2 hours of training in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon — the optimal maximum for quality perceptive work, without mental saturation.

The programme notably includes:

  • Light, controlled altered states of consciousness
  • Non-local perception exercises (structured remote viewing)
  • Individual and collective analyses of the information perceived
  • Learning to separate valid perception from mental construction
  • Observing perceptive variations over time

When the convergence of information exceeds 70%, the perception is considered usable according to the criteria of the BRIN method.

Integration

A framework for integration and individual time

Alongside the collective work, a setting that supports integration is put in place. Particular attention is given to the sobriety of the daily rhythm and the quality of rest between sessions.

Outside training hours, participants are invited to keep times of individual withdrawal: walking, silence, writing, inner observation or conscious rest.

Experience shows that non-local perception does not develop only during the exercise, but also in the way information settles outside the formal sessions, when the mind is no longer being called upon.

This alternation between structured training and individual integration is an integral part of the VNS method.

Origin

A method born of the BRIN

Structured Noetic Vision grew out of the work carried out within the Bureau de Renseignement et d’Investigations Noétiques (BRIN).

In that context, remote perception is used collectively, in a structured and analysed manner, only when the convergence of information reaches a high threshold of reliability.

The method taught during these five days corresponds to the operational foundation used to train collaborators for the non-local perception missions carried out within the BRIN.

After the training

A possible progression

At the end of the five days, participants have the possibility of continuing with the training:

VI-A. SAN — Structured Noetic Analysis (SAN)

This advanced three-day cycle is devoted to the lasting stabilisation of non-local perception, the fine analysis of the data perceived, and the improvement of perceptive precision and coherence.

Access is not automatic. It depends on the results obtained, the rigour demonstrated during the initial training and the ability to maintain a silent, non-interfered perception.

This path is for those who wish to inscribe their progression within a long, ordered and demanding framework.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior experience to enrol?

No formal prerequisite, but the training calls for seriousness and a genuine openness to exploring consciousness. Beginning with Initiation to Psychism helps lay the perceptive foundations.

What is Structured Noetic Vision (VNS)?

Observing without naming, gathering information as it presents itself, then structuring and analysing it. The VNS belongs to psychism — see the structure of consciousness.

    How long is the training?

5 residential, intensive days: 2 h of training in the morning, 3 h in the afternoon.

In what language is it held?

    In French.

    Where does it take place?
Do I have to believe in anything?

No. The method rests on structured observation and verification, not on beliefs.

What happens after the five days?

You may continue with the advanced VNS cycle (3 days, access not automatic). And the practice continues in the Delta-Score app: you rise a level within the Centre EPÉU community.

    What is the BRIN?

The Bureau de Renseignement et d’Investigations Noétiques, where the VNS was developed and where remote perception is used collectively, in a structured and analysed manner.

    Foundation

A founding training of the Centre EPÉU

This VNS training is one of the pillars of the Centre EPÉU. It has trained a growing number of participants engaged in a rigorous exploration of human perception and its overlooked potential.

The beginning of a structured path towards a more accurate understanding of the human perceptive function — its limits, the rigour it requires, and its power once mastered.
