Accommodation
Residential setting
Simplicity, silence, voluntary disconnection — in service of your clarity, not hotel comfort.
A pedagogical component, not a hotel service
Centre EPÉU offers accommodation within the Château de Villereglan and its outbuildings, in order to guarantee a stable, coherent setting entirely dedicated to inner work and training.

This accommodation is not a hotel service, but an essential pedagogical component of the Centre. It maintains the continuity of the work, the quality of attention and the coherence of rhythms during the training courses and residential programmes.
Accommodation is exclusively reserved: for participants in the Centre EPÉU training courses, for people admitted to the Mental Treatment, for trainees engaged in the residential programmes. The Centre does not receive outside visitors or tourists. Accommodation is inseparable from actual participation in the activities of the Centre.

- Main body of the château
- Rooms located in the main body.
- L’Orangerie
- Additional accommodation.
- La Maison du Concierge
- Rooms.
- In every room
- Water and a selection of herbal teas provided.
A deliberately sober setting
The rooms are simple, calm and uncluttered. They do not aim at hotel comfort, but at the quality of rest and inner neutrality. This choice is deliberate: an over-stimulating environment fragments attention, while a sober setting supports mental and emotional stability. Each room is conceived as a place of retreat, recovery and alignment.
Strict silence
Centre EPÉU applies a rule of strict silence in the residential common areas. This silence is neither symbolic nor decorative: it is a tool for inner stabilisation and mental clarity. Movement and presence in the common areas take place without unnecessary noise, without informal conversation and in a spirit of restraint.
A deliberate absence of Wi-Fi
The Centre does not provide a Wi-Fi connection. This choice is deliberate and pedagogical: reducing artificial stimulation, favouring inner attention, breaking with permanent solicitations and restoring a direct relationship with yourself. Participants are invited to organise their communications in advance.
During the residential Mental Treatment, the use of telephones is strictly forbidden. Telephones are handed in at the start of the programme and kept by the administration until the end of the stay. This rule is non-negotiable. Emergency arrangements for relatives are in place via the administrative office.

Meals and physiological rhythm
The meals served at Centre EPÉU are exclusively vegetarian, designed to support mental clarity, physical lightness and recovery. They are served at two fixed times: 12:00 and 18:00. There is no large communal dining hall: meals are taken in suitable spaces or, weather permitting, in the garden of the château.
Meal arrangements

Meals, rest and conscious socialising
Meal and break times are not mere interruptions, but essential moments of revitalisation, recovery and rebalancing. You are strongly advised to use them to restore your physical strength, release mental tension and, in adapted measure, exchange with the other participants in a respectful and measured spirit.
Mobility and outside accommodation
Centre EPÉU is located in a deliberately secluded environment. Outside accommodation options are rare and absolutely require a vehicle. For training courses lasting several days, if you do not have your own car, you are strongly advised to stay at the Centre for the whole duration of your training.
Accommodation in service of the inner work
The residential setting maintains attention, avoids outer dispersion and creates coherence between place, time and the work of consciousness. It is this unity between training, place and daily life that gives Centre EPÉU its specificity.
