Centre EPÉU is reached only by registration or invitation — here’s how to plan your arrival.

By road
- From Toulouse
- About 1 h 20 – 1 h 30. A61 motorway towards Carcassonne, exit Bram, then towards Limoux to Saint-Martin-de-Villereglan.
- From Narbonne
- About 1 h 15 – 1 h 25. A61 motorway towards Carcassonne / Toulouse, exit Carcassonne Est, then towards Limoux to Saint-Martin-de-Villereglan.
Train and plane
- Carcassonne station
- Recommended: the most relevant rail arrival point. Direct taxi to the Centre, a journey of about 25 minutes. There is no car rental directly at the station: book your taxi in advance.
- Limoux station
- Not recommended: a local station, with limited connections and constraining timetables. If you arrive in Limoux, you are strongly advised to arrive the day before and to arrange your transfer in advance.
- Toulouse-Blagnac airport
- Recommended. Car rental to the Centre, or train Toulouse Carcassonne, then taxi. Travel time from Toulouse: about 1 h 20 – 1 h 30.
Centre EPÉU is a residential training place operating within a strict framework. Precise arrival instructions are sent to people who are registered or who have been summoned by the practice.
Do not arrive without an invitation or a validated registration.
Observe the indicated times scrupulously.
Book your taxi in advance if you arrive by train.
Arrange your return transport as soon as you arrive.

There is no car rental at Carcassonne station. Book your taxi in advance, and arrange your return transport as soon as you arrive.
Can I come without a car?
Yes, by taxi, but local options are limited. For multi-day trainings, on-site accommodation is strongly recommended.
