The path
The Centre EPÉU does not train therapists. It trains practitioners — directors of the mind, capable of transmitting a structured understanding of human mental functioning, with rigour, authority and discernment.
This path demands a level of personal, intellectual and physical preparation that goes far beyond the scope of an ordinary professional teaching. The conditions that follow are neither symbolic nor aspirational. They are verified.
The new practitioner
The profession the Centre transmits is not yesterday’s. In the old model, the practitioner observes and the subject is observed — once a week, in a practice, between two long absences. In the Centre’s model, the subject measures himself, each day, in the Δ Delta-Score app; and the practitioner explains and guides this self-observation. She no longer owns the observation — she teaches how to read.
Her presence changes in nature: she is on the subject’s telephone, each morning, through the recommendation that awaits him there — continuous over time, yet never intrusive, for the subject’s private journal remains sealed and the subject stays sovereign over what he shares. The aim is not that the subject should depend on the practitioner: it is that he should learn to read his own curve. The practitioner succeeds when the subject sees himself.
For this work, the Centre offers its practitioners the instrument it has built: Δ Delta-Score Cabinet — each subject’s record, his curves, his tendency session after session, the recommendations delivered in his app, and the data hosted in France.
Skills and discernment
The candidate must be professionally active and have his own practice. He must possess a real familiarity with the human mind — not theoretical, but born of observation and direct experience.
He must be able to draw a clear distinction between mediumship and mental power, and to understand perceptibility as a structured function of the mind, not as a gift or a mystical faculty. He must recognise the existence of the soul as a functional reality, not as a philosophical or religious concept.
The candidate must possess natural authority and the ability to teach. He must respect conventional medicine and never position himself as a substitute for it.
Foundations integrated, not merely read
The candidate must have read and integrated into his daily life the principles set out in Le Kybalion — the fundamental laws of mentalism and universal correspondence.
He must have read and understood L’Échelle de la Réincarnation (Vive l’Au-delà, Tome II) — on the progression of consciousness through successive lives — and be situated within its sixth scale of reincarnation.
Reading the Centre’s observation note, La matrice de la perception, gives the candidate the measure of the work on words that founds the method.
Lifestyle and integrity
The Centre EPÉU requires an irreproachable lifestyle.
The candidate must present no addiction — not to cigarettes, nor drugs, nor alcohol, nor sugar, nor medication. His mental health must be stable and verifiable.
Any past or present affiliation with a sectarian movement constitutes grounds for definitive refusal.
The stages of the path
The application is addressed to the secretariat, in writing only, once all the conditions are met. It is followed by personal acceptance from M. Mischa Harmeijer — the path is by acceptance, not by registration.
Then comes the direct teaching of M. Mischa Harmeijer, at the Centre EPÉU, at the Château de Villereglan.
Validating the path confers the certificate of the Centre d’Enseignement de la Philosophie Éternelle et Universelle, qualifying the holder to practise according to the method developed by M. Mischa Harmeijer. The practitioner then works in his own practice, independently, under the methodological supervision of the Centre, and appears among the referenced practitioners of the Centre EPÉU.
What the Centre provides
A documented method, set within a lineage running from the temples of ancient Egypt to the Nancy school — Bernheim 1884, Caillet 1912, Coué 1926 — and on to the noetic approach developed by M. Mischa Harmeijer. Continuous methodological supervision — and, when the need arises, case supervision: the practitioner may submit a case from his own practice to M. Mischa Harmeijer in order to gain another perspective, a case accompaniment offered free of charge. The referencing of the practitioner by the Centre. And the instrument of measurement and follow-up, Δ Delta-Score Cabinet, offered as a working tool for the practice.
Directed Hypnotic Suggestion
This approach is exclusively complementary to any ongoing medical care. It in no way substitutes for a diagnosis, a medical treatment or a therapeutic follow-up. If the subject is currently in therapy or under the supervision of a psychiatrist, the written consent of the practitioner following him is required. If the subject is taking antidepressants or any medication with neurological action, the work cannot be undertaken.
A responsibility, not a title
Becoming a practitioner for the Centre EPÉU means accepting a responsibility. That of understanding the mental laws before using them. That of governing oneself before presuming to guide others. For influencing a human being is legitimate only for the one who has first influenced himself — in order, calm and clarity.

No. The approach is exclusively complementary to ongoing medical care; it constitutes neither a medical act nor a psychotherapy. Under antidepressants or any medication with neurological action, the work cannot be undertaken.
