Manifesto of Centre EPÉU
Psychism, and what all the Centre’s work rests on.
A text by M. Mischa Harmeijer · 20 August 2017
Close your eyes for a minute and try to think of nothing.
You cannot. One thought comes, then another. You did not invite them. Your mind and your body work without asking your opinion.
Psychism begins there. This manifesto says what it is, and what all the work of Centre EPÉU rests on.
I. The psychist directs.
A psychist controls and completely masters their body and their mind. It is not a gift. It is a tuning, and it can be learned.
This mastery puts them in a precise state. This state opens a door to other states of reality. Without this mastery, nothing is possible.
Water can be ice, water or steam: it is always water. Reality, too, has several states. We live in only one.
A psychist is always a perceptible person: they perceive more than the five senses show. But a perceptible person is not always a psychist. They perceive, and often they endure what they perceive.
The psychist no longer endures. They direct.
II. Psychism is not new age.
The psychist does not believe. They practise, they master, they verify. They act in full lucidity, without trance.
III. Anyone can become a psychist.
Anyone can run. Not everyone becomes a top athlete. In the same way, anyone can become a psychist, but one has to want it and to practise.
IV. Energy creates matter.
Put your hand on the table. It is hard, solid, still.
Now imagine a very strong magnifying glass. Then a stronger one still. The wood becomes fibres, the fibres become grains, the grains smaller grains. In the end almost nothing solid remains: a great deal of emptiness, and in this emptiness something that moves without stopping.
The table is not a thing set down there. It is a very fast movement that looks like a thing. Your hand too.
V. What vibrates in the same way answers itself.
Tune two violins in the same way and place them in the same room. Pluck a string of the first: the same string of the second starts to sound by itself. Nobody touched it. This is called resonance.
Your body is also an instrument. The heart beats, the blood moves on, and the whole body moves a little with each beat. When the mind is restless, each part plays on its own. When the mind calms down, everything starts to beat together, just as clocks hung on the same wall end up swinging in step. This is called coherence (fig. 1).
It is the mind that directs this harmony. But before tuning, it must know a point of reference, as the musician listens to the tuning fork before touching the strings. Without a point of reference, one tunes at random.
When everything beats together in the body, the body is like a well-tuned violin. And a tuned violin answers when another plays the same note.
The Earth too has its rhythm, slow and regular. A very calm body beats at almost the same rhythm. Then it answers the Earth, as the second violin answers the first.
The heart and the nerves work with very small electric currents. Around every current there is a field, as around a magnet. This field does not stop at the skin: it is called the electromagnetic field. Acting with this field is called magnetism.
That is why the psychist studies the body’s energy, magnetism, the electromagnetic field, and how thoughts and emotions work. They tune their instrument.
VI. The body has very great intelligence.
Cut your finger. Within a few days, the skin closes again. You directed nothing: the body knew what to do.
The body is capable of repairing itself. But it needs four things: good food, good breathing, a healthy way of life, and clean thoughts.
They are necessary for good health, and for good magnetism of the body.
VII. Six emotions dominate the mind.
A rider does not take away his horse’s strength. He directs it.
Six emotions dominate the human being: admiration, love, hatred, desire, joy and sadness. Controlling them is the basis of controlling the mind.
The psychist does not seek love. They seek harmony and gratitude.
VIII. Everything is connected.
Take a basin of very still water. Drop three pebbles in three places.
Each pebble makes its ripples. The ripples widen and cross. Soon the whole surface carries a pattern, and every small corner of this pattern has received something from all three pebbles (fig. 2). Whoever could read a single corner would find where each pebble fell.
The universe works like this. Every thing, every gesture, every thought makes its ripples. Nothing happens without a cause, and no cause remains without effect.
The psychist learns to read one corner of the water.
IX. The brain receives.
People believe the brain produces thoughts, like a factory. Look at it rather as a radio set. The music is not born in the set: it picks up a very faint signal and makes it audible.
There is a link between our neurons and the universe. Certain parts of the brain and the nervous system connect us to the source, the Lattice. The psychist trains them.
The Lattice is a net that links everything that exists (fig. 3). You can see it as the internet of consciousnesses: everything is already there, and whoever connects to it can read in it.
X. Our five senses are five small windows.
Through them we see a small part of what exists.
The psychist widens these windows. Then they use other senses, linked to other realities. They practise seeing with their eyes closed.
From there come telepathy, thought transmission, remote viewing, influence at a distance, hypnotism.
As they understand their body and their mind, the invisible becomes more and more visible, and understandable.
XI. Time and space are not reality.
Look at the pendulum of a clock. It goes to the right, it stops, it sets off to the left, it stops, it sets off again.
We never look at these stops: they are too short. Yet, at that instant, the pendulum is going nowhere. It is no longer in the movement, and time no longer counts for it.
Everything that lives comes and goes like this pendulum. The psychist learns to stand in the stop. There, time stretches and space no longer separates.
You already know this a little: a dream that tells a whole day in a few minutes of sleep.
XII. Imagination is the beginning of everything.
Think of your kitchen. You are already there. Now think of the Moon. You are there just as fast.
Thought takes no longer to go far than to go near. For it, distance does not count.
What you have just used is called imagination. It is the travel ticket. It is also the destination. It is the beginning of everything: it is through it that one travels, and through it that matter is created.
Consciousness is not locked in the head, nor in any place. It is the vehicle, and this vehicle travels by thought.
The body stays here, consciousness is elsewhere: this is the doubling of consciousness.
Arriving is not enough. The psychist learns to stay there. They observe there. Or else they create there, and live there.
This is not a figure of speech. It is a reality, and the whole theory and the whole practice of psychism rest on it.
The path goes both ways. Through thought, the psychist goes towards other realities. Through thought too, other realities come into ours. That is why everything depends on the control of thoughts.
XIII. The matrix is not the Lattice.
We live in a matrix: a collective consciousness. It is what human beings think and believe together, and what we take for the truth. It lies inside the Lattice (fig. 4). It is not the Lattice.
The psychist learns to step out of it. They go towards universal consciousness, where everything already exists, outside time and space.
XIV. There is neither evil nor good.
There are causes and effects. Everything passes on to something else, including the energy that is in the human body.
The psychist knows the place of the human being in the universe. They accept other forms of life. They follow neither ideology nor religion. They think freely, and they verify.
XV. The feminine and the masculine exist everywhere.
A magnet has two poles. They do not resemble each other, and neither is worth more than the other. Remove one: there is no magnet any more.
All of nature is made this way. The feminine and the masculine exist everywhere. Each shows itself in its own way, unique and different from the other.
The human mind can think otherwise. The principle remains.
The psychist respects both.
XVI. Other lives exist.
Look at the sea from the beach. You see the surface. Beneath it, thousands of beings live, and you do not see them.
Beyond human lives, there are other lives. One can communicate with them.
XVII. Energy continues.
The water of a puddle does not disappear in the sun. It becomes vapour, then cloud, then rain.
At death, energy does not disappear either. It is no longer in the body, in matter. Then, in circumstances we do not know, it incarnates again, in any state, at any level, in any matter. This is reincarnation.
Everything is mental. Everything is energy. Everything is information.
The theory of the HUNARÉ brings together three laws: Hu for humility, Na for the law of nature, Ré for reincarnation.
Reincarnation and the HUNARÉ are a basis for understanding human experience.
XVIII. Others still know.
Our ancestors had this knowledge. Some peoples still live with it today, far from material knowledge. Among them, one can be a psychist in the midst of society.
They heal. They act on matter. They act on time, on the past as on the future.
Our Western society sees them as superhumans. They are psychists. We learn from them.
XIX. The human being has a limit.
Think of a piano. We live on a few keys in the middle. The psychist learns to play further, to the left and to the right: these are other states of reality.
But the keyboard goes on beyond what a human hand can reach. The human mind has a limit. Beyond it lie other states, other realities. That is where, for human beings, miracles come from.
The psychist stays humble. We are not gods. We were created by something else.
XX. No teaching creates a psychist.
Nobody ever learned to ride a bicycle from a book. Someone can explain balance to you for hours: as long as you have not ridden, you do not know (fig. 5). The day you ride, you know, and no one can tell you otherwise any more.
Psychism is the same. The real work is to change one’s philosophy, to understand, to adapt one’s way of living, and to practise.
XXI. The path is made in stages.
All the teaching of Centre EPÉU rests on this manifesto.
1. The Mental Treatment, then La Maîtrise and La Perception: calming and controlling the mind. The work covers control of the mind, the body’s energy, resonance and coherence, opening of the mind. It also covers magnetism, the electromagnetic field, how thoughts and emotions work. And the psychist’s dictionary: the right words. Someone who says “I am afraid” about everything sees only one thing. Someone who distinguishes fear, apprehension, anguish and stage fright sees four.
2. Initiation to Psychism: understanding the theory and its laws.
3. AXION: knowing the exercises and reproducing them.
4. Remote viewing: a training module, an initiation into Structured Noetic Vision. Noetic means: seen by the inner eye. The eyes of the body show appearances. The inner eye shows realities.
5. SAN, Structuration et Analyse Noétique (structuring and noetic analysis): this is Structured Noetic Vision. What one perceives arrives first in a jumble. SAN teaches you to give it a form, to put it in order, and to do it again.
6. RESONANCE: the last step, the most extreme human trial possible in psychism.
XXII. Psychism is the basis.
It makes you understand your own spirituality, what a human being can do, and the other states and levels of consciousness.
It is an essential step for understanding, and for any spiritual path.
