RESONANCE
For the one who has seen, and can no longer not see. Three days of sovereign retreat — ceasing to see outward in order to finally see oneself.

One day, you saw
One day, you saw. You saw that what we call the world is a stage set. That human relations rest on conventions accepted without examination. That institutions repeat a narrative that does not hold. That what is presented as reality is largely a collective lie maintained out of habit.
You saw something else, too. You saw what consciousness is capable of. Not by reading a book. Not by believing in it. You experienced it directly — fine perception, influence upon the real, communication that passes through matter, causality that does not follow the rules that are taught.
And since then, you can no longer go back. Ordinary vision has left you. What most human beings believe to be the world, you now see for what it is: a surface. And behind that surface, you see what is really happening.
The painful moment
You see the games people play
This is the precise moment when the understanding of consciousness becomes painful. When you begin to descend beneath the surface, you discover that this world is not so simple — and you begin to see who people really are, in the games they play.
You see the seduction that is not love. The flattery that prepares a request. The kindness that camouflages fear. The advice that serves envy. The complicity that is a strategy. Control disguised as attention. You see the roles people hold without knowing they hold them. You see what faces try to hide and what faces reveal in spite of themselves.
And you can no longer not see it. It is not an opinion about people. It is not a projection. It is a reading, and it is accurate — most of the time, unfortunately.
The true price of consciousness is not seeing the magnificent truths. It is seeing, at the same time, everything that others keep hidden — including from themselves.
And you are alone in seeing. The others continue their game without knowing they are playing. If you name what you perceive, you are told that you are harsh, paranoid, negative, distrustful. If you hold back, you carry the weight alone. Speaking becomes a violence, staying silent becomes a burden. And between the two, there is no room to breathe.
What you are living now
You see everything. All the time.
It has become permanent. You see what is taking shape in a room before it is spoken. You read places. You read situations. You read beings. You cannot look at a face without reading it. You cannot enter a place without picking up its charge. You cannot cross a word without sensing what lies beneath it.
At first, it was a revelation. Today, it is a weight. Because perception no longer switches off. Everything passes through you continuously, without interruption, without filter, without rest. And what you pick up in others, you also carry — the heaviness of places, the tension of relations, the games you see without being able to stop them.
Seeing is no longer a gift. It has become a climate. And in that climate, one no longer gathers oneself — one scatters into a thousand simultaneous perceptions that no inner unity holds together.
This is not a disorder. It is the direct consequence of what you have seen. Once consciousness has pierced the layer of consensual lies, it can no longer fall back asleep. It remains open. And as long as it remains open without being unified, it receives everything without being able to rest in anything. See the structure of consciousness.
The only question that remains
How does one live, now that one sees?
At this stage, you no longer need to understand more. You already understand. The real question is no longer what more to see, nor how to see better. The real question is: how does one live, now that one sees.
How not to become cynical. How not to harden against people because one has seen too many games. How not to withdraw into a bitter isolation. How to keep perception open without its becoming a poison. How to keep loving what one nevertheless sees clearly. How to remain habitable to oneself.
And deep down, you already know that these questions are not resolved by more practice, more reading, more methods. They are resolved by a suspension. Stepping out of the flow. Cutting deeply enough and long enough for consciousness to stop receiving, and to begin to gather itself. So that the one who sees becomes one again.
But this suspension, you cannot create alone. Not in a room at home. Not over a weekend. Not in a group, where other presences saturate the inner space still further. For it to truly happen, a framework held from the outside is needed — a framework that takes charge of everything that remains to be carried, so that you have only to cross.
The one who sees needs, at some point, to cease seeing outward in order to finally see himself. And that moment, one does not create alone.
The answer
VII. The sovereign retreat
The Seventh Teaching is designed for exactly this. It is the answer to the how. For the one who has seen, who sees permanently, who carries the weight of the games he perceives, and who needs to withdraw in order to become one again.
It is not a training. It is not a course. It is not a seminar. It is the trial of absolute retreat, held by the Centre, crossed by you alone. Centre EPÉU holds the framework. We close the space, we protect the isolation, we guarantee the conditions, we maintain the axis for the whole duration. You, you stop. You stop receiving, responding, picking up. And in that cessation, what had scattered into a thousand perceptions returns to a single hearth.
- Three days of retreat — the time needed for consciousness to stop receiving and begin to gather on its own centre
- A dedicated room at the Centre — closed, withdrawn, with no possible intrusion — where perception ceases at last to be solicited by the outside
- A protocol of physiological sobriety, calibrated to refine the nervous system and allow consciousness to gather without interference
- A strictly individual session, open only a few times a year — a single participant at a time, no group, no intrusive presence
- Direct accompaniment by Mischa Harmeijer, who holds the axis throughout the crossing and guarantees that nothing interrupts the process

At the end
Finally seeing oneself
What the VII produces is not one more state. It is a structural reorganisation. Perception stops spreading outward continuously. It closes back on its own centre. And from that recovered centre, you finally see what you were seeking without knowing it — not the world of others, not their games, but yourself. Your own trajectory. Your own future. The direction you embody without yet having dared to name it.
And with that, what made vision painful changes in nature. You will continue to see the games of others — but they will no longer pass through you. You will remain open without being saturated. Perception will become an instrument again, and will cease to be a climate.
On leaving the VII, one no longer sees for others. One sees for oneself. And it is from that vision, unified at last, that everything else becomes possible — including living among those who are still playing, without losing oneself.
