Seeing yourself, at last, from the outside

Every morning and every evening, in a few seconds, you note how you are and what is passing through you — in a few words. Delta-Score draws from it a score for the day, and brings to light what carries you, or what weighs on you.

Day after day, a picture takes shape: your rhythms, your supports, what returns. What remained confused becomes readable. The app does not judge you and does not advise you in your place — it makes visible what moves you forward, so that you, yourself, can decide in full knowledge.

It is also where the practice of the teachings continues. As you live the teachings at the Centre, your Delta-Score grows richer: new teachings and new exercises open there — those that lead, step by step, towards the understanding of the invisible. After each teaching, you rise a level within the community, and your space deepens.

Delta-Score is not a solitary app. There you find the community of the Centre — people who are making their way, each in their own place, connected by a few simple spaces. You enter freely, without showing yourself.

The Hours Moments together, at the same hour. At a given hour, each person enters a common room and a moment is shared — through text, in one another’s presence.

The Wall An anonymous space of mutual support. Place a word on the Wall; others reply — real people, never a machine. What one dares not say elsewhere finds a listening ear here.

The Circle Knowledge, chosen for you. Texts published by the communities you follow, presented according to your day — to read, at the right moment, what speaks to you.

Do I need to have followed a teaching of the Centre?

No. Delta-Score can be used freely. The Centre’s teachings simply open additional levels and spaces within the community.

What exactly does the score do?

It synthesises your two records of the day to make visible what carries you or weighs on you — a reference point, not a verdict.

Are my words private?

Your personal record belongs to you. The community spaces such as the Wall are anonymous.
