A re-education, at a distance

Le Fil

Re-educating your perception and your behaviour, at a distance — carried by a special programme of the Centre, within Delta-Score. Day after day, until a real change settles into the way of thinking.

At a distance · at your own pace · accessible

A re-education, not a deep foundational work

Not all difficulties of perception call for a deep overhaul. Many people do not need foundational work — but a re-education: learning again to perceive accurately, and no longer to react as before. Le Fil is made for them.

It does not replace the Mental Treatment. Where the Mental Treatment defuses, in immersion, a deep and old charge, Le Fil gently re-educates, at a distance and over time, the perception and behaviour of those who only need that.

How it works

A special programme of the Centre, within Delta-ScoreNot the app alone: a path designed by the Centre, integrated into Delta-Score. Each day, targeted exercises re-educate perception and behaviour, step by step.
A change in the way of thinkingThe re-education does not aim at performance: it aims at the shift. By perceiving accurately and reacting differently, it is the very way of thinking that transforms, lastingly.
An accompaniment, if you wishThe path is followed at your own pace. To be guided, a remote accompaniment with the Centre can be added — a few progress points to adjust and stay on course.

Who it is for

For those whose perception or behaviour above all needs to be re-educated — reframed, relearned — without requiring the foundational work of the residential path. For perceptive people who want to structure and stabilise their perception over time, at home, at their own pace.

If you carry a heavy and old charge, it is rather towards the Mental Treatment that you should look. To situate your need, the orientation assessment can help you.
