Every mental transformation begins with the understanding of this law. Hypnosis and suggestion are not artifices, but direct applications of this law. They allow man to reach deep layers of his consciousness, to correct mental disorders and to calm the tensions of the body.
The teaching given by Mischa Harmeijer follows the lineage of the old magnetists and mentalists such as Albert Caillet, but sets itself apart through a noetic approach — a direct observation of the movements of the mind. This is not a technical apprenticeship, but a true initiation into the direction of the mind: understanding how a thought formulated with order, calm and authority becomes an acting force in matter.
Directing the mind with order and lucidity belongs to psychism — conscious mental action.
The method
Directed Hypnotic Suggestion
Most persistent disorders are seated not in consciousness — where one searches, where one reasons — but in the subconscious, that immense part of the mind which operates outside voluntary control. It does not reason. It executes with blind power.
Settled fears, morbid habits, toxic thoughts that return in spite of oneself are nothing but suggestions accumulated over time in that part of the mind. The conscious will, which operates on only a tiny fraction of the intellect, is powerless to dislodge them. That is why it always comes back.
Directed Hypnotic Suggestion, developed by Mischa Harmeijer, addresses these counter-suggestions directly, where they are found. Through the induction of a state of deep receptivity, the operator reaches the subject's subconscious and projects into it suggestions formulated according to the precise laws of practical psychics: direct affirmation, imperative mode, methodical repetition.
The objective is twofold: to neutralise the counter-suggestions that maintain the disorder, and to implant the conditions of recovery, which the subconscious will carry out by itself with its own power. This is not stage hypnosis. This is not guided relaxation. It is direct work on the real cause of the disorder.
The course
What you will learn
The course teaches mastery of altered states of consciousness and the ability to induce them with precision and benevolence. It transmits the mechanisms of suggestion — reasoned influence, directed emotion and constructive speech — as well as the universal laws governing inner order and lasting transformation. It develops the faculty of mental direction, the basis of all psychic work.
The teaching alternates theory, demonstration and direct experience. Each participant learns not only to guide a subject, but above all to direct himself. The work rests on three axes: observation of the mind — understanding the nature of mental movement, distinguishing thought, image and will; conscious suggestion — formulating, transmitting and anchoring an idea with clarity; and harmonisation — maintaining the balance between authority and benevolence, between strength and gentleness.
These principles, studied and experienced during the training, become instruments of inner regulation and beneficial influence that the future practitioner will apply in his own practice.
Integrated philosophy
Mind, soul and universal consciousness
This training is rooted in the doctrine of the eternal philosophy, according to which the human being is at once subject, medium and conductor of his own mind. It reveals the deep link between mind, soul and universal consciousness. Every word, every thought, every image emitted in a state of order becomes an acting wave in matter and in the human psyche.
Mandatory preliminary reading
Before following this teaching, the candidate must have read and integrated The Kybalion and The Ladder of Reincarnation (Vive l’Au-delà, Volume II). These readings constitute the indispensable doctrinal foundation for understanding the true scope of mental suggestion.
Organisation
Three days at Centre EPÉU
The training takes place over three consecutive days at the Centre EPÉU, in Saint-Martin-de-Villereglan, under the direct teaching and supervision of Mischa Harmeijer. Participants have several stay options: daily return, external accommodation or full board at the Centre.
The first day (2 pm – 5 pm) is devoted to the theoretical foundations and the induction of the directed mental state. The second day (9 am – 12 pm, then 2 pm – 5 pm) covers the study of suggestion techniques and practical work. The third day (9 am – 12 pm, then 2 pm – 5 pm) is dedicated to application, case study and the validation of competences.
Participants who validate the training receive a certificate from the Centre d’Enseignement de la Philosophie Éternelle et Universelle, qualifying them to practise Directed Hypnotic Suggestion according to the method developed by Mischa Harmeijer.

Directors of the mind
This training does not produce hypnotists, but directors of the mind. It is intended for those who sense within themselves the responsibility of understanding mental laws before using them. For influencing others is legitimate only for the one who has first influenced himself.
